The work on laying a new floor at Hingham Sports Centre has now been arranged which will mean a date change for a Norfolk Over 60’s Squad Day. The Over 60’s Squad Day this Thursday, March 12th, will take place as normal but the next scheduled date on 26th March has been moved back a week to Thursday 2nd April due to the work taking place at the venue. The Squad Day on 9th April will take place as normal and the fortnightly schedule resumed. Hingham Sports Centre has secured £6,038 in funding from Sport England towards the refurbishment of the hall floor. There are now plans to make much needed improvements to the car park and quotations are being sought from local contractors.
