The NCSMBA is sorry to hear of the death of Iris Smith of Harling Recreation Bowls Club who as well as playing at Harling also occasionally attended Norfolk Over 60’s Squad days as well as the Potters Short Mat Bowls breaks arranged by Over 60’s Organiser Teresa Goldsmith. Iris organised a walking group in Harling for about twenty years. Iris passed away last Tuesday ten days after having a stroke. The NCSMBA wish to express their condolences to family and friends and the members of Harling Bowls Club where she will be greatly missed.
