Alan Bunn of Hevingham and Windows has won a few trophies over the years and continued this trend by winning the annual Windows Triple Competition played over May and June. Alan, now 91, can be seen attending Windows annual Fish n Chip Triples, held on 29th July which was played in 34 degree heat. Alan helped set up Hevingham SMBC in 1989. His wife Pat also played for the club but has since retired, and now enjoys attending the socials held by Windows. Windows Captain Andy Drummee says of Alan, "even when not feeling well Alan will do everything he can to play". I hope that we can all continue playing into our 90s, he is an inspiration to us all. Only two of Windows members were unable to attend the fish n chip event.
