Bradwell went into their final match of the Waveney League season needing to beat Earsham by at least 5.5 to 3.5 to pip defending champions Wortwell for the title and achieved it with room to spare after a 7.5 to 1.5 win on points. Bradwell will be delighted to win the league after finishing down in fifth place last season. As previously reported Earsham won the Waveney Cup beating Ilketshall St Andrew in the final.
