Its tight at the top of the City of Norwich League with the top two both winning this week. Thorpe Marriott’s 12-2 away win at Taverham maintained their two point lead over second placed Horsford Gold who won 12-2 at home to Costessey. Both Thorpe Marriott and Horsford Gold have won their first five matches of the season. Bottom of the table British Rail won for the first time of this campaign with a surprise 8-6 away win at Horsford Heroes. Other results saw Costessey win 12-2 at home to Horsford Blue. Windows were held to a 7-7 draw at home by Horsford Blue.
