Wymondham collected the expected ten maximum points away to Connaught “B” as they made it six straight wins in the Breckland League. Billie Barker, Simon Warnes & Debbie Sparham opened with a 16-6 win but in the other first half game Connaught briefly threatened to cause an upset. David Chadwick, Owen Cranston & Chris Mann saw a comfortable 10-3 lead after ten ends reduced to 14-13 in a tight finish to their game. In the second half normal service was resumed as Hayley Stratton, Andrew Jackson & Jon Sparham won 24-7 and Steve Easter, Jack Marshall & Melvyn Barker won 30-3. Other matches in the league saw Connaught “B” win 8-2 at home to Harling Griffins while Harling Unicorns won 8-2 at Thetford.
