Horsford Gold have that King Midas touch

Its all turned Gold in the City of Norwich League as Horsford Gold move top after three wins in a row. This week a 12-2 home win against Taverham left them top of the table four points clear of Horsford Heroes who won 14-0 away to Taverham. A 12-2 away win for First Bus at British Rail left them in third place level on points with Heroes but with an inferior shot difference. In the cross border Waveney League Carlton’s 6-3 away win at Ilketshall puts them top. A close match at Bradwell saw the home side go down by just 5-4 to Wortwell and Bradwell’s trip to Haddiscoe ended with a 5.5-3.5 defeat. After suffering three straight defeats Kessingland gained their first win of the campaign beating Earsham 8-1.
