It has been revealed that Norfolk CSMBA Umpires Officer Peter Walker of Thorpe Marriott SMBC has been appointed as the new Regional Umpires Manager for the Eastern Region. Since being elected to his post Peter has been proactive in his approach and his “Umpires Corner” has become a popular feature on the NCSMBA website.
