East Tuddenham battled back from an 18-6 first leg deficit to defeat Woodbastwick 19-5 in the second leg to earn a semi-final clash with Horsford Heroes in the Bure Cup. East Tuddenham’s Albert Palgrave, John Turner & Simon Willies won their games by 6-4, 6-5 & 7-3 and Gillian Amos, Gerald Potter & Robin Amos were unbeaten with wins of 6-4 and 5-3 and a 3-3 draw against Margaret Harman’s triple. Peter Jablonowski’s triple were the pick of the away side with an 8-1 win against Melly Woods and a 9-2 win against Simon Willies.
