The normal strong performance by Wymondham saw them secure another 10-0 home win against Thetford early in the week with Hayley Osbourne, Melvyn Barker & AJ Pye storming to a 43-4 win with Pye playing his last league game before setting off to the World Cup in Norway. An excellent 21-4 win by Connaught’s Elaine Willies, Roy Taylor & Simon Willies proved to be the big difference as Connaught “A” won 6-4 at Shropham. Match points were secured for Harling by a big 25-6 win for George Cody, John Davies and Paul Rogers as Harling won 6-4 at home to Forncett. Thetford won 8-2 at home to Hingham with Suzanne Kenny, Chris West & Jason Martin winning 34-4 with Kacy Suffolk’s triple winning 22-6 and Glynis Holbrook’s triple winning 26-12. Hingham’s two points were earned by Alan Bishop, Cynthia Powell & Graham Tweed with a 20-10 win.
