Breckland League
Wymondham are still to drop a single point in the Breckland League. Their latest result saw them win 10-0 at home to Harling with Val Vardy, John Jeffery & Jon Sparham top scoring with a 27-6 win. Connaught “A” remain second after beating Shropham 8-2 with Elaine Willies, Roy Taylor & Simon Willies winning 29-8. In the weeks other game Hingham won 8-2 at home to Thetford with June Reynolds, George White & Joy Townsend winning 21-7.

City of Norwich League
Thorpe Marriott are seventeen points clear at the top of the City of Norwich League after a 12-2 away win at Horsford Blue. Lesley Turner, Sylvia Turner & Andy George led the way with a big 19-5 win while Derek Sheldrake and Brian Turner both skipped their triples to wins. Windows won 10-4 at home to First Bus with Pat Williamson, Paul Brock & Mark Tuttle winning 22-6. First Bus progressed to the next round of the City Shield after they won their second leg match at home to Costessey by 6-2 with Steve Hall’s triple winning 20-2 and Jane James’ triple winning 21-6.

Big win for Andy George
Waveney League
Broome’s 6.5 - 2.5 home win to Wortwell saw them shoot up to second place in the Waveney League. Broome have a game in hand over leaders Haddiscoe who went down by 5.5 – 3.5 away at Bradwell who have now won all four of their games so far. Carlton achieved their first win of the campaign with a 6-3 home win against Ilketshall. It was Ilketshall’s fifth defeat in five games in a season that has seen them earn just eight points so far.
Coastal League
Bradwell Dynamos are eleven points clear at the top of the Coastal League after an excellent 14-4 win away to local rivals Bradwell Acorns. Martham Mallards won for the first time since their return to league action beating Bradwell Robins 12-6. Woodbastwick Owls won 12-6 at Gorleston Links Blue while Woodbastwick Eagles won 14-4 at home to Woodbastwick Owls.
