The ESMBA Open Singles and Open Triples events were played at Solihull over the weekend. The winner of the singles was Leon Webb who beat Emily Thomas 6-5 in the final. Winners of the ESMBA Open Triples were Danny Hogben, Richard Stagg & Jody Frampton who beat Steve Buckett, Alastair McCrea & Ben Pay by 13-4 in the final. The SMPT Irish Open was played in Belfast where Sean Trainor beat Raymond Stubbs 10-9 in an all-Irish final. In the Plate Final Robbie Foster beat Shaun Amrien 12-7 while in the Shield event final Cennydd Howell won by 14-3 against Katrine McDermott.
