You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with Club name, Club Contact, Contacts email address, together with confirmation of intent to affiliate your members to the ESMBA.
· Upon receipt of this information, you will be advised of payment details and once a payment of £75 is received the contact will receive proof of insurance email.
· Please send your application in August to commence insurance on 1st September 2025.
· Your current insurance is still valid until 31st August 2025.
· Members Personal Accident Insurance will still be included in the registration fee.
