Norfolk Squad announced

Norfolk County Team Manager Jack Pye has announced his squad for the 2023/24 season. The squad will comprise of 45 players, a reduction on last season’s total of 53, although three more players have been listed as reserves for the squad. An addition to the squad that catches the eye is AJ Brown of Wymondham who previously starred for Oxfordshire while winning National Championship titles in 2013 & 2015 in the Fours and Triples events. Jack Pye shows his commitment to youth with the additions of Rueban Spurdens, Sid Burton & Marley Bottrell of Harling and Jack Gray of Hempnall to the squad where they join the already established trio of Chloe Suffolk, Kacy Suffolk & Ryan Fox. The full squad can be found on the County Team page of the website. Norfolk’s revised I.C.C fixtures have now been published and can be found on the Norfolk website under County Team Fixtures. As previously announced, due in part to the late publication of the ESMBA Diary, Norfolk’s county venue at Hingham was already booked by others for two of Norfolk’s home double header fixtures. Therefore Norfolk Premier will now play both their home and away fixtures against Suffolk at Suffolk’s home venue on 15th October. The same will apply for the Norfolk Premier v Northants Premier games where both home and away games will be played in Northants on 12th November. It has also been agreed that both the home and away matches between Norfolk “A” v Worcestershire will be played on one day at Bridgemans with the date to be announced later.
