Congratulations from the NCSMBA to Mike Minshull of Attleborough based Connaught Bowls Club. Mike is the latest NCSMBA bowler to become a qualified ESMBA umpire after being successful in his Umpires examination. Norfolk Umpires Officer Peter Walker says that Mike will be joining the team of umpires at county level matches in the near future as a most welcome addition.
