Bob Carter made home advantage tell as they cruised to a 13-3 win on points at Drayton in the first leg of their Norwich Cup Final showdown against old rivals Wymondham. Breckland League champions Wymondham entertain Bob Carter for the second leg on Easter Monday at their North Wymondham venue which they returned to this season after several years away. The two clubs met in the semi-finals last season where Wymondham won 9-7 at home in the first leg but conceded at 10-2 down in the second leg at Drayton. Norwich Cup holders Bob Carter will start the second leg as firm favourites but visitors to Wymondham in the Breckland League this season have suffered some horrific defeats. The home side will be more than aware that Bob Carter offer much more of a threat then any team they ever face in the Breckland League, and that they will have to be at their very best to stop Carter wrapping up the match in the first half.
