South Norfolk League giants Hempnall increased their lead at the top of the table to 18 points after beating visitors Connaught by 10-0. Kerry Greenacre, Ray Lamb & Keith Cooke stormed to a 26-2 win with Charlie Archer’s triple winning 24-7, Paul Baker’s triple winning 21-7 and Jack Gray’s triple winning 17-7. Second placed Watton Expendables won 6-4 at Saxlingham but lost ground in the title race. Andy Rawlings, Kacy Suffolk & Simon Willies won 20-5 and Robin Amos’s triple won 20-7 for Expendables but Saxlingham replied with wins by Sheila Hook’s triple and Rob Howlett’s triple. Harling won 8-2 at home to Mulbarton with Barbara Smith, Jill Hayman & Colin Hayman winning 23-5.
