Breckland League leaders Wymondham achieved another huge home win against title rivals Carleton Rode as they won 10-0 on points and 113-27 on shots. They are now sixteen points clear of second placed Connaught “A” and twenty points ahead of third placed Carleton Rode. The night’s biggest win was a 38-4 result in favour of Steve Easter, Debbie Sparham & AJ Pye while Billie Barker, Melvyn Barker & Jack Pye won 35-5. Jon Sparham’s triple won 22-9 and Chris Mann’s triple added an 18-9 win. Mid table Harling edged to a 6-4 home win against bottom club Connaught “B” as both teams won two games apiece. Greater shots earned Harling the match points courtesy of a 25-7 win for George Cody’s Harling triple and a 19-5 win for Colin Hayman’s triple. Joan Knox and David Quadling skipped their Connaught “B” triples to wins in a spirited display by the visitors.
