Norfolk “A” struggled in their I.C.C group game away to old rivals Suffolk and went down by 30-10 in Stowmarket. Wymondham’s John Jeffrey was Norfolk’s most successful bowler picking up a 15-10 win and a 13-13 draw in the singles. The only two points collected in the pairs came from an 11-9 opening win by Angela Bond & Ann Biddulph. Joan Costello, Jill Hayman & Melvyn Barker won their second half triples game by 15-13 while Ray Lamb’s triple collected one point by drawing their first game by 12-12. The only success in the fours discipline was a 10-9 win by Billie Barker, Kieran Suffolk, Glen Hume & Steve Lamb in their second half game.
