Wortwell played host to Kessingland in a friendly during the week and everyone had a really good time with lots of laughter and good humoured banter. As Suffolk side Kessingland are no longer in the cross border Waveney League it was a really good opportunity to meet up with some familiar faces along with newcomers as well. The result of the match is completely irrelevant although on one end the Wortwell triple of Keith Worsfold, Derek Seaman and Chris Roberts went down 6-0 which led to great amusement and mild hysteria. All in all everyone had a really enjoyable afternoon and a return match is now in the process of being arranged.
