The NCSMBA is saddened to hear of the death of Arthur Herring who passed away on Tuesday 16th January aged 87. Arthur captained the Deaf Sports team in the early days of the City of Norwich League and represented the club as one of their two delegates at City League Committee meetings. Arthur was a lovely gentleman and a very popular member of the Association. The NCSMBA wish to express their sympathy to Arthur’s family at this sad time.
