The top two teams in the Breckland League both collected maximum 10-0 points wins this week as the battle for the title continued. An understrength Wymondham side visited Hingham but still amassed 100 shots as they kept their eight point lead intact ahead of rivals Connaught “A”. Hayley Osborne, David Chadwick & Jack Pye top scored with a 36-9 win. Connaught “A” won 10-0 at home to Harling Griffins with Diane Quadling, Owen Secker & Mike Minshull recording a 33-6 win. In the weeks other Breckland match Thetford won 9-1 at home to Hingham with Clive Eke, Michael Colledge & K Suffolk winning 24-7.
