The Bure League Management Committee have made a further announcement relating to the unplayed Bure Cup Final match between Halvergate and East Tuddenham. When the Bure League 2019/20 season was brought to a premature end because of the Covid-19 crisis it was decided that the cup final would be played at the start of the 2020/21 season in September. Now that it is obvious that no competitive short mat bowls will be played in September a decision has been made that the Bure Cup Final from the aborted 2019/20 season will not now take place and that the prize money for the winners and runners-up will be split equally between the two clubs concerned.
