The NCSMBA is saddened to learn of the death of Ken Dease of Windows SMBC who passed away peacefully yesterday. He was a long time member of the club from when they were known as Anglian Windows and played at Anglian Windows Social Club before their move to the Hevingham venue under their current name Windows. Captain Mick Boswell fondly recalled that Ken was known for always telling his players “you’re on the last end” and for his support of Maureen in her work over the years for the club. He will be greatly missed by his fellow bowlers. The NCSMBA wishes to express their sympathy to Maureen and the family at this sad time.
