Defending City of Norwich League champions Horsford Gold celebrated the new year with a maximum 14-0 win at home to Taverham. Morgan Warnes led the way for Horsford Gold as she skipped her triple to a big 20-3 win against Richard Moore’s Taverham triple while John Bugg’s triple beat Christine Pitcher’s triple 15-6, Simon Warnes’ triple beat Jane James’ triple 15-7 and Ray Ayres’ triple beat Brian Turner’s triple 8-7. The result puts Horsford Gold at the top of the table fourteen points clear of second placed Thorpe Marriott and with a game in hand.
