The Norfolk CSMBA Over 60’s Squad once again held their Christmas Lunch at Castle Carvery at the Clocktower in Bowthorpe, Norwich. Over fifty members of the squad travelled from around Norfolk to meet up with friends and enjoy an excellent three course lunch arranged by NCSMBA Over 60’s Organiser Teresa Goldsmith. After the dinner Teresa thanked members for their kind gift, which was presented by Squad Captain Steve Easter, and spoke of their successful year on the mats. Teresa also spoke of the sad loss of some members during 2023 which included long time Squad Captain Geoff Payne of Saxlingham Nethergate SMBC.
